Machine Flexible Dies:
Flexible dies, magnetic dies, label dies, chemically etched
dies are used by converters of labels, business forms, direct
mail, envelopes and folding cartons. Since 1976 HART has manufactured
precision machine sharpened dies that cut like glass wear like
iron. Flexible label dies cut paper, polys, thermal paper, Tyvek
and are re-engineered to cut new materials into the millions.
Our newest wear resistant option the XXFLEX dies are gauranteed
to last twice as long but cost only 25% more. Microperfs up
to 160 teeth per inch, spring and air ejection along with vacuum
methods are also available. Machined flexible dies replace the
need for most engraved or EDM tool steel cylinders.
